Bespoke Wedding Song Recording

Today’s recording session was a custom-written song for an upcoming wedding entrance song. I think the final recording will be very special to the bride-to-be and her dad who requested the recording.

Film shoots usually start early, so I got to see the sun rise on set this morning for a romantic scene, whilst playing some classical numbers.

An exciting day spent on set filming 2 scenes for an upcoming slot on the popular “Binnelanders” soapie.

Technology meets Music

Whilst music and violin playing may be traditionally seen as a creative pursuit, I was certainly outnumbered by technology creators who competed in the Cyber Junkyard Competition. The ingenuity was astounding and perhaps I played second fiddle to these creatives!
